      SK Harry Boles

        (2001- 2003)

Past Faithful Navigator SK Harry Boles joined the Knights of Columbus in January 1991.
Brother SK Harry was a member of Good Shepherd Council 9005 in Blackburn Hamlet. He completed all four of his Degrees of our Order while living in the Chapel Hill district of Orleans, Ontario.
PFN SK Harry transferred his membership to Council #5153, at St-Mary’s Parish in Carleton Place when he moved to that area.                 
During the time SK Harry was with Good Shepherd Council 9005, he served as Inside and Outside Guard, Recorder and Advocate. 
With his transfer to Carleton Place he became active as the Warden, Deputy Grand Knight and Financial Secretary. 
He served as District Deputy for District #30 for the Columbian years 2008 to 2010.  In June of 2010 he was elected as Grand Knight of Council 5153.                 
Sir Knight Harry was elevated to the 4th Degree of our Order with Bishop Beahen Assembly in Ottawa, Ontario, on June 1996.
SK Harry transferred to the Archbishop J.L. Wilhelm Assembly #2783, Smith’s Falls, Ontario, in the fall of 2004.                 
PFN Sir Knight Harry was elected to the office of Faithful Navigator of Bishop John Beahen Assembly # 2230 in May 2001, and served that office from July 1, 2001 through June 31, 2003.                  
During his time with the Bishop Beahen Assembly, Sir Knight Harry held the positions of Faithful Pilot; Faithful Captain; Faithful Navigator, Faithful Admiral and Guard Commander,
a position he held when Bishop Beahen Assembly hosted the 2003 Exemplification in the fall of 2003.  With his transfer to Archbishop J.L. Wilhelm Assembly he served as a Faithful Trustee.
PFN Sir Knight Harry was appointed by Master Tony Noonan of the 1st Ontario District to fill the role of Marshall for the District  effective September 1, 2010.
SK Harry passed away July 3, 2015.
